Summary: Add support to handle Livy server redirects

Currently knox gateway does not seemlessly handle Livy redirect responses like
it does with Yarn resource manager. This patch allows knox gateway to handle
these redirect responses on server side, and makes some adjustments to the
service definition to address issues like KNOX-1609
