The documentation for these gateway-site configuration properties claims that
their associated values are in units of _milliseconds_:
* gateway.knox.token.eviction.interval
* gateway.knox.token.eviction.grace.period
The actual units is _seconds_, so these descriptions and default values need to
be updated in the 1.4.0+ User Guide.
