Description:
Currently, the generated JWT token - by our KnoxToken service - does not
contain the information if it was a managed token (e.g. its state is stored
using TokenStateService).
Recommended solution: add this information in the claim array (similar to the
generated token id which is stored as {{knox.id}} claim).
