Currently, the JDBCTokenState service feature is available for two DB types:
* Postgre SQL - {{gateway.database.type}} in {{gateway-site}} should be set to
{{postgres}}
* Derby DB - {{gateway.database.type}} in {{gateway-site}} should be set to
{{derbydb}}
The purpose of this task is to change {{postgres}} to {{postgresql}} in order
to support Postgre SQL
