There are some places where the indexes within java.text.MessageFormat starts
with 1 but MessageFormat expects a zero based indexing.
For example:
{code:java}
@Message(level = MessageLevel.ERROR, text = "Error while monitoring CM advanced
configuration: {1}") {code}
The log message is going to show \{1} instead of the actual parameter value.
