[~amagyar] - please provide a description for this and all JIRAs.
We need to understand the problem statement, the goals and the proposed
resolution.
One thing that I would like to see here are the details around idempotent
operations and semantics for retry.
This needs to be clearly stated and understood by users of the KnoxShell
clients.
