As part of KNOX-843 HA loadbalancing was introduced. This feature needed
cookies to support. KNOX-2634 added a property to disable loadbalancing for a
specific user agent (used by ODBC drivers). ODBC clients assume active URLs do
not change, this assumption is broken by JDBC clients. As a result of which we
see Invalid Session handle errors when both JDBC and ODBC clients are used in
HA configuration. We need to be able to separate these out.
