Summary: In case of failure in Hive do not failover to other node

When there is a Hive failure knox will failover to the other HA node which
causes "Invalid Operation Handle" error to be thrown on Hive side. These errors
are difficult and time consuming to debug.
Knox should see if it can use any context information around the request (e.g.
session cookie) in Hive dispatch to prevent request from failing over to other
node and respond with a proper error.
