As part of KNOX-2791, the following 3 enhancements were implemented:
* the JWT federation filter supports tokens coming from a cookie (in addition
to previous mechanisms such as the Authorization header)
* A new REST API endpoint that populates certain user/group information in
custom auth headers
* A new REST API endpoint that populates a token fetched from an environment
variable as the Bearer token in the Authorization header.
These enhancements should be documented in Knox's user-guide.
