## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
There are some small improvements we need to implement in our Hadoop XML
resource parser code:
- better monitoring
- more logs
- removing topology-based descriptor parsing, using "forced" approach instead
- handling .hxr and advanced service discovery properties should happen
before monitors are started
## How was this patch tested?
Tested in real CM-managed clusters and updated unit tests.
