## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Add the documentation for APIKEY and CLIENTID APIs to the new knox-site
mkdocs based documentation module.
Also publish the docs to git pages as a DRAFT - WORK IN PROGRESS for review
and a docathon to fix broken images, layout, etc.
## How was this patch tested?
Built and deployed mkdocs site locally and reviewed changes.
