KNOX-3096 added a new authentication provider that clients can use to delegate
authentication to remote Knox instances.
In case there is an error between the local Knox instance and the configured
remote auth provider, the story ends, and 401 is returned.
This work item is about to implement some sort of retry/failover(?) mechanism
to attack intermittent network glitches, for instance.
