[KNOX-3259](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-3259) - Implement OAuth Refresh Token and Exchange Token Grant Types ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? We need to add the token_exchange and refresh_token grant types to the existing client_credentials support in JWTProvider. This will allow long running processes and apps to acquire new tokens as well as exchange them for more specifically scoped or federated tokens.
