Currently there is no official Apache Knox image. This Jira will address this
by building and pushing official Apache Knox images to Apache Docker Hub Knox
repo ([https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/knox)]
Only released images will _*only*_ be pushed after a formal PMC vote has passed
for a specific release version.
