Review Comment:
   hmm..so change from `DefaultDispatch` -> `ConfigurableHADispatch`?
   Since this UI is hosting on RM, I think now the `RMHaBaseDispatcher` offers 
tailor more functionality than `ConfigurableDispatch` for our use cases. 
   
   Please let me know what do you think
