Add comprehensive unit tests for org.apache.knox.gateway.util.MimeTypes in the
gateway-util-common module.
The tests should cover:
Creating MIME types from valid values
Handling null MIME type input
Adding and preserving charset parameters
Preserving existing MIME type parameters
Handling malformed MIME type values
Getting explicit and default charsets
Setting and replacing charset values
Handling null, empty, unknown, and parameterized MIME types
Case-insensitive and whitespace-tolerant default charset lookup
All configured default MIME type mappings
