The login page painted the classic dark theme before the modern theme applied. Root cause: a script-inserted `<link rel=stylesheet>` is not render-blocking (only parser-created ones are), and the theme request was queued behind jQuery. - `login.html` — theme loader moved above jQuery (theme CSS requested at 15 ms instead of 1027 ms); document cloaked until the theme stylesheet resolves, revealed on load/error/1.5 s timeout so a 404 or CSP block can never leave a blank page. - `knox.css / login.html / logout.jsp` — sign-in box centred in CSS instead of by a jQuery setTimeout, removing a 74 px jump on first paint. - modern/theme.css — button transition: all narrowed to the three properties hover actually animates, so applying the theme no longer animates green→blue; added missing sans-serif fallbacks to three Roboto declarations that otherwise fell back to serif. ## How was this patch tested?
