[KNOX-3535](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-3535) - Fix unit test ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? The DefaultTopologyServiceTest failed to init the DefaultToplogyService because other unit tests were leaving the static GatewayServer.services field populated. This fix adds a setup and teardown method to unset GatewayServer.services. Other unit tests that don't unset this field were modified to unset this field. ## How was this patch tested? unit tests were run in the project. ``` mvn -T 4C -DskipTests=false -Drat.skip -DskipUI -Ppackage clean package install ``` ## Integration Tests No integration tests were added because there were no code changes.
