If the content length passed from the client is greater than 1MB,  the request 
would fail with service connectivity error.
Not sure whether we should expose the max buffer size as customer tunable 
parameter.
If required we could do it, after some investigation on Oozie side, whether the 
root cause of the problem could be some Oozie problem.
