acelyc111 opened a new pull request #22: [tserver] Move cell size checking to prepare phase URL: https://github.com/apache/kudu/pull/22 Cell size checking will consult every columns of rows in apply phase, we can move this checking to prepare phase when decoding values from protobuf send from client.
