Quick feedback - A release candidate should be able to promote as a release, so you don't have to name the directory and the artifacts with -rc1. Instead, you should use 2.1.0 barely. Besides, as PR#729[1] described, the name of tarball should be in form apache-kvrocks-incubating-2.1.0-incubating.tar.gz. You can start a formal [VOTE] thread and let's collect feedback in a formal voting thread. Best, tison.
