I think I found the cause. I increased the 'kylin.query.mem.budget', with the 
'KYLIN_JVM_SETTINGS' no changed. I think maybe this caused the kylin server no 
responding when I execute a big query. 
Is the 'KYLIN_JVM_SETTINGS' how much memory allocated to Kylin server? If I 
changed this parameter, will I need to change the tomcat JAVA_OPTS?

​i think you need to check ngnix log and make sure the request is forwarded
