Summary: Add more introduce message for each functionality on GUI

Currently we're enabling more and more functionalities on GUI. for example, in
KYLIN-1186 we add precise distinct count support and our GUI has enabled it.
However many of the functionalities require advanced knowledge to avoid build
failure. For these functions it is more user-friendly to have a tooltip-like
message shown JUST next it (Not far away to the right). The content of the
message may be sth like "Precise count distinct only works for integer columns
and you may encounter problems if you're not familiar with it. Refer to {JIRA
page or doc page}"
The same goes for new GUI pages like aggregation groups settings page.
