Just ensure the "kylin.rest.servers" property has included all servers, even only has one machine; Sometimes the user forgot to update this property after expand kylin to a cluster, that would cause the issue you mentioned, that's why I was asking for this.
If your configurations are all good, please take more tries and check whether there is any http error in the logs/kylin.log.
