Dear Sirs, As a part of POC, I have to work on kylin and i'm installing the same in my machine.
For some reason, KYLIN is not starting.. Could you please help ? *Here are the steps I have done till now,* 1. Started CDH cluster (Version: hadoop-2.5.0) 2. Hbase Up and running (Version : hbase-0.98.6) 3. Hive Up and running (Version : hive-0.13.1 ) KYLIN_HOME is set to, veereshhd@ubuntu:~/apache-kylin-1.5.2-bin$* echo $KYLIN_HOME* */home/veereshhd/apache-kylin-1.5.2-bin/* After following the above steps, I have started Apache kylin , veereshhd@ubuntu:~/apache-kylin-1.5.2-bin$ *bin/kylin.sh start* *KYLIN_HOME is set to bin/../* *Please make sure the user has the privilege to run hbase shell* *This is what I'm getting, and Kylin is not launching.
