Summary: Convert all date/time to millis format during the
creation of snapshot table

After KYLIN-1766, the norm form of date/time at query level becomes time millis
as a string. However the snapshot still saves date/time in yyyy-MM-dd format
and requires transformation at query time.
Ideally we should convert all date/time to millis format during the creation of
snapshot table.
