If you set merge job's time range, once the time trigger, then kylin
automatically start merging cube. But if the merge job error, then the
administrator has to discard it manually, but merge job will continuously
submit, so new segment can not be build.
On the other hand, we'll hope merge job can run in parallel with build job.
