Fix For: v1.6.0
Now kylin allows multiple segments being built at the same time, but the Web
GUI still has constraints; The constraints should be removed now, and allow
user to select both "start date" and "end date"; The "start date" can have a
default value (last segment's end date) but user has the possibility to change
(build older data).
