Hi Geki, Now Kylin has changed to use Hive API or JDBC (when beeline configured) to get the table's row count, then don't need mkdir the "row_count" folder any more; It has been worked well for a while, will be released in next version. The detail is in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KYLIN-2165, you can cherry-pick the commit to make a new build if needed.
