Dear all,
We are testing Kylin performance again as the next release 2.0 is coming soon.
The latest result is quite satisfactory --

README.md Star Schema Benchmark Tool for Apache Kylin. ##Introduction to ssb
benchmark The Star Schema benchmark, or SSB, was devised to evaluate database
system ...

It is using the 2.0.x release branch and running standard SSB data set and
queries. (The previous result was on an enhanced SSB data set if you are not
aware.) The result is comparable to other SSB benchmarks now.
At SF=10, all queries are under 1 second. And we expect the performance will be
the same fast if SF is increased to 20 or 30, according to the precalculation
theory<https://www.slideshare.net/YangLi43/apache-kylin-20-from-classic-olap-to-realtime-data-warehouse>.
Will work on and keep you posted.
Thanks,

Roger
