MR Engine V1 was the MR Cubing algorith in Kylin 1.3 and before. Kylin 1.5
introduced the V2 engine together with sharded HBase storage, which has proven
having better performance than V1. Now I didn't see a reason to keep the V1
engine in Kylin code base. Suggest to remove them.
