Inner classes `org.apache.kylin.source.hive.HiveMRInput$*` is moved to TOP
LEVEL class in 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT (at commit
[https://github.com/apache/kylin/commit/54cd2c793bb5487cefc6def073a902ae73e5c5d4]
), and break jobs created by old version.
I would like to provide a patch to enhance the backwards compatibility.
