User has project's admin permission but doesn't have permission to see the
Storage/Planner/streaming tab in Model page , This is very unfriendly, which
may lead to the fact that users can't really see the build details of cube,
especially realtime building , except super admin or integrate Other Third
Party like ranger .
Maybe,it will be more appropriate that user has project's admin permission
can also see the Storage/Planner/streaming tab in Model page.
