When I run tool `bin/kylin.sh org.apache.kylin.tool.MetadataCleanupJob`, I
found that the expired job was not cleaned up.
After debug, I found that `MetadataCleanupJob.isJobComplete` is using the
wrong job type. We need change `CubingJob` to `NSparkCubingJob`
