Currently, the default Catalog implementation in StorageV3 does not support
Iceberg-based data sources.
To enable Kylin to read and manage datasets stored in Apache Iceberg, we need
to extend or replace the default Catalog with an implementation compatible with
Iceberg.
This change will allow users to build cubes or query directly from Iceberg
tables via Kylin’s query engine.
