By design, yes, Kylin will pass un-supported query to SQL on Hadoop which enabled on Hadoop cluster, for example, Hive, Drill even SparkSQL. We called this function as "Smart Router". There's some work relative route to Hive but have been removed due to some issue. Any help from community to enable it again are appreciated
