Will do, when we have fully tested about Google hangout stuff, will setup
regular meeting via Hangout ( you may know Google services in China is be
banded).
And, meeting minutes will come to dev mailing list with such dev process
changing .

public.
Also, any actual decisions should be pushed to the mailing list as much as
possible.
