Description: Once a cube be built, the intermediate hive table can be
dropped to release the HDFS storage; And, once small segments be merged into a
big segment, the htables of those small segments can also be dropped from
hbase. (was: Once small segments be merged into a big segment, the htables of
those small segments can be disabled and dropped from hbase.)
