hi alex, "small","medium" and "large" are three profiles which differs from each other in terns of hbase region split size.
if I'm remebering correctly, small profile will generate htable with 10G a region, 20G for medium profile, and 100G for large profile. (in v0.7.1) if your cube is not very big, you should stay with the small profile, if your cube is very large, you should think about the other two.
