Hi all,
I have made change about kylin's website and documentation:
1. Moved website folder from docs/website to root
2. Moved all docs under /docs to website/_docs
3. Re-formated menu and doc layout
4. Using kramdown for markdown and rouge for code highlight, it should
perform same as github itself
5. Chinese version also available (not all documents, call vaulter to
translate...)
6. Removed release download artifact from website, pointed to Apache
download site.

Detail doc about how to draft docs and website will coming soon.
