Kylin persists some resources like dictionary, lookup table snapshots in the
metadata store, and will not cleanup them so far; As time goes on, some
resources are never usless (as the cube segment be dropped or merged) but still
take space there; Need a tool to cleanup them, just like the StorageCleanupJob;
