0. The ultimate goal is to leave NO runtime garbages after cube build. Since it
is not possible now, we should:
1. Merge storage cleanup and metadata cleanup tools into unified interfaces.
2. For cluster where multiple Kylin instances are running, allow storage
checking usage by instance.
