you can stop hadoop authorization by setting "hadoop.security.authorization" to 
'false' for test

Thanks for your reply. But it also can't chmod  the folder /kylin, and I
manual create it , then push command : ' hadoop fs -chmod +rw /kylin'.
still alert error message: chmod: `/kylin': No such file or directory.
 
what's wrong with my step? Can you tell the complete step. Thanks.
