@Qianhao, you are right, we have to balance those, keep frequency release
and bring enough features and bug fixes in each release. Monthly based
release should be fine.

To raise early for v1.1 here since I would like our new release manager to
try the process in case
there are some issues like account privileges.

Also, the apache release process will take many days to vote, I think this
release may come out in Oct.
