The "Create HTable" step of cube build currently can hang for 10+ hours without
notifying any error. This does not happen often (seems related to HBase
upgrade), but cause great impact when it occurs. E.g. if happens during
auto-merge job, then a streaming cube will stop auto-merge for 10+ hours and no
one knows. Can accumulate 1000+ tiny hbase tables during the period.
