Due to several reasons:
1. UT and IT separation in 2.x-staging
2. maintainance and performance issues of mini cluster test cases
3. recent changes in KYLIN-1093 makes it difficult to work
mini cluster test cases have become unnecessary and clumsy. It's time to retire
it from 2.x-staging
