Summary: Bad CubeDesc signature cause segment be delete when
enable a cube

Some old cube maybe manually edited on its CubeDesc object. This causes
inconsistent CubeDesc signature.
When enabling a cube, there's a check on this signature and if false, all cube
segments will be removed without confirmation.
