Hi Indiradevi,
Kylin is not a RMDB system, and it's not a proxy on top of Hive, it's
OLAP on Hadoop (not SQL on Hadoop).
The query works in Kylin only when cube has been built with data from
Hive (in building time).
But there's no connection to hive when run SQL.
And, since Kylin is pre-aggregation system, the detail data (without
group by) will not work in this moment, please try to submit SQL with at
least one group by.
I would like to say, it's better if you could go through the tutorial
of cube build, query and then go to REST part.
