As promised I created a rc-0 for the version 1.3.0-incubating. And I am not starting a vote for this release as it mainly for verifying the release process. We are still aware of some improvements coming in shortly. However we will greatly appreciate any help testing this RC already. It can help tremendously identifying any problems early. The complete staging area is available for your review, which includes: the official Apache source release and binary convenience releases to be deployed to dist.apache.org[1], which are signed with the key with fingerprint ED4E2E5B[2], all artifacts to be deployed to the Maven Central Repository[3], source code tag "v1.3.0-incubating-rc0"[4].
