Dear Cheng Pan, Thank you for following the ASF release announcement guidelines.
The announcement text must contain a link to the download page for the release, e.g. https://kyuubi.apache.org/releases.html The download page needs a bit of work. It properly contains links to the KEYS and to closer.lua scripts for the artifacts. But the signatures and checksums must not refer to closer.lua but instead to use https://downloads.apache.org as the KEYS link does.
